Carers perform a vital role in our society and Eyam Domiciliary Service Ltd is very proud of the fact that many of its staff have gone on from being carers to careers in nursing, physiotherapy and psychology to name but a few and undertaken various degrees. Not having gained the necessary qualifications in their time at school or college has not held these people back as they have achieved their goals through the NVQ or similar route whilst working for us at the same time.
